The website www.bucegipark.ro is controlled and operated by RNP ROMSILVA - Administrația Parcului Natural Bucegi R.A.(named here the 'Administration of Bucegi Natural Park') with headquarters in the town of Moroieni, Principala street, number 71, Dambovita county, registered at the Trade Register with no. J15/406/2009, CUI RO25636012. We reserve our right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions as well as any changes to website www.bucegipark.ro without prior notice. By accessing the Terms and Conditions page, you can always read the latest version of these provisions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must stop using the Website.

2. PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS

The prices shown on www.bucegipark.ro include VAT. The purchase price shown on the invoice will be the same as the one shown on the Website at the time of purchase, to which the delivery costs are added, if applicable. Payment for the products is made using the methods of payment available at that time, on the website, when placing an online order. Online payment methods available on the Website, include a payment processor tax, requested by our external payment processor, that shall be stated in the payment page. 3. DELIVERY INFORMATION

The delivery term is a maximum of 7 working days, counted from the date of receipt of your order. This term can be modified for reasons independent of our will. Delivery costs are specific to the courier company and are borne by the recipient. The delivery is made by a courier company, to the customer's home. If you want to specify certain aspects related to delivery such as: delivery time, address or landmarks, please enter these things in the comments box before completing the order. On the day when the parcel with your order will be shipped, you will be notified by e-mail or telephone by us. The package can be picked up by any member of the family. The products are delivered within the limit of the available stock. If one or more of the ordered products is no longer in stock, you will be notified accordingly. In some cases, the ordered product can be replaced with a similar one if you wish and agree to this. The responsibility for any damage caused to the product, parcel or package sent by us rests with the courier company or the carrier according to the legislation in force. The products will be replaced by us if it is proven that the courier is at fault and we will be notified within 5 days of receiving the package. The digital products sold by the Administration of Bucegi Natural Park will be delivered automatically and free of charge, to the clients email inbox and the delivery timeframe can be anywhere between minutes or hours, for reasons independent of our will (network congestion, website traffic).

11. RETURN / CANCELLATION POLICY

The visitor tickets bought on this platform are exclusively digital products, generated by computer software and sent to customers by email automatically. The Administration of Bucegi Natural Park can only refund payments according to existing Romanian laws (O.U.G. 34/2014, Art. 16, lit m) and as a consequence, the digital products, that are not physical/material, cannot be returned, cancelled nor refunded (e.g., digital visitor tickets). In any case, please tell us your problem using the contact details on the Website and, as a gesture of goodwill, we shall try to help, if possible. In the case physical goods sold on this online platform, customers can return products within 14 days from the receiving day, with a prior notification by email or phone. Refunding, if applicable, is done using the same means of payment as the initial payment, received from the client, within 30 days from the day we received back the goods, in a perfect state, unaltered by the customer. Also, the Administration of Bucegi Natural Park is grateful for all donations received in support of our conservation work. Due to restrictions imposed by law and the nature of charitable donations, we cannot provide refunds for donations once they have been received. However, if you believe that your donation was made in error, please contact us. All mistaken or unauthorized donations are refunded using the original method of payment.
